Just like last year, we found a few small patches of morel mushrooms growing near the yurt.
We took a walk through the woods last night, but it was getting late and was too dark to do much mushroom hunting.
Luckily we didn’t have to go far to find these.
I just soaked them in water and halved them.
Then drenched them in flour and sautèed them in butter with some collard rapini from the garden. Yum!
